Searched and didn't see anything. Solid movie.

Anna Kendrick was hawt.
JK Simmons is still the man.
Affleck played the role better than I thought he would.

I had wanted to see it but I held off after a buddy told me it was abysmal.

He said it didn't flow well at all.

Still gonna see it at some point.

I watched it 2 weeks ago and have a hard time remembering how it ended. Not really sure what the point of Kendrick's character was.

Solid movie.

I agree. I had avoided it because it looked pretty lame but it wasn't bad.

I just don't see it. Great personality. Is attractive. Not hot imo.

No doubt

I agree again. He didn't over do it trying to win any awards for playing a guy with autism.

As someone from the profession, I did chuckle at the way they portrayed him as being some uber accountant. As his mind was racing and they just had him say the names of different accounting terms over and over. A/R, revenue, cash, payroll, accounts payable, over a bed of tense music. Silly.

This movie reminds me of all those facebook posts. "What my parents think I do, what I think I do, what I actually do."

me too. At one point they said it would be impossible for him to do by himself because they had hundreds of fixed assets. Bitch please.

Those dry erase markers had to be awful. He went through like 10 of them in a day in one room. My church still has a dry erase markers in the Sunday school room from the 90s that still has some juice left in it.

Just be glad there are less movies about accountants than lawyers.

Lawyer centered entertainment is brutal for my wife and I to watch they frick up so many easy things. We do our best to ignore it but some times it's so bad it inherently destroys some of the plot devices.

I thought it was rather mediocre myself. Decent, but nothing special.

Saw a few scenes while it was playing at my buddy's house. What I saw was absurd and silly. The plot holes and contrivances

I can't stomach a lawyer drama. I enjoy court movies that don't try to be serious but not the Law and Order stuff. Just can't even.

Seems like you'd need to watch the entire movie before claiming that there are holes in the plot.

It was enjoyable, but medicore as a whole.

It's one of those movies that I think read a lot cooler as a script, but didn't actually turn out great as a movie.

It's actually pretty awkward movie in terms of dialog and pacing, you just have to suspend your belief and enjoy it as an action movie you just watch once.

Ya we are. I would put forth "The Nigh Of" in the totally fricking up trial preparation, investigation and so forth column. But they did it so poorly I think a Winn Dixie grocery bagger would have noticed it.

Not to mention that his drill sergeant dad forced his kid from one end of the autism spectrum to the other just by being a hard arse.

Is this the movie where the guy is really a hit man or he thinks he is?

This movie wasn't horrible, but it's basically what a stoner would come up with when thinking "If Rain Man was raised by a bad arse ninja army man, he'd be a superhero accountant or some shite". Again, it wasn't bad, but it was kind of a dumb plot. And although Affleck didn't ruin it, I found his portrayal to be awkward.

I'm also a fan that death metal, strobe lights, rolling your shins cures Asperger's .
