Why not Keith?

He's one of the few I'd be happy to see win.

(Disclaimer, I did not watch his original season.)

He's a good guy and a funny character but I wouldn't consider him an all star. Same with Woo. He doesn't have an ounce of strategy in him which is big in naming a winner. I'm still pissed that those two took a spot from Shane. Hell, even Troyzan was a more worthy all star.

This isn't an All Star season though - it's a sympathy season. People voted for contestants they wanted to give a second chance.

It's mainly an All Star season. Spencer, Kass, Jeremy, Abi, Tasha, Terry, Kelly, Vytas, and Joe all would have qualified. That's one reason I wish they would have saved the above for a true All Star season with Kim Spradlin, Natalie, Mike, etc and had this season focus on players that never made jury (Dolly, Silas, Kristina Kell, etc).

I'm sorry but Kass and Abi are the farthest thing from an All Star.

They absolutely would have been especially considering they don't have many dynamic women players. Hell, Amber, Shi'Ann and Danielle were in All Star seasons.

Also, All Star doesn't strictly mean great strategist. Do you not consider Rupert an All Star because he sucks at strategy?

Rupert was a fan favorite and beast in challenges. Everyone hates Kass and Abi. Abi is useless at camp and in challenges. Kass is unpredictable and weak.

Personally, I never saw the appeal of Rupert as some Survivor icon.

As far as this season, rooting for Joe but he has no shot.

What you said basically applies to Jerri Manthey, Eliza Orlins, and Ami Cusack. No one really considers them fan favorites save for maybe Jerri. Survivor needs villains.

As long as Stephen doesn't win, I will probably be OK. And there are few All Stars in this season. Like someone said, more of a sympathy season

What Lanier says is pretty spot on for me also

That was kind of a dumb move to vote Wigglesworth out. Leaves the door open for a pissed Tasha and Kimmy to align with Abi, Wentworth, and Ciera for an all girls alliance.

Not going to happen, but I see where you're coming from. Tasha rides with Jeremy until the end if she can. Joe loses immunity and he is gone. Lucky for him, he's a GD beast

Jeremy has a pretty easy shot with the two idols now. I think that played into the more "aggressive" move of getting Wigglesworth out now rather than playing it more safe.

He would probably like Joe to hang around a few more weeks because as long as everyone is gunning for him as the "physical" threat they can avoid Jeremy.

I'm loving this season so far, one of the best in a long time. So much nuanced strategy involved with these players.

I agree about this season being great. I haven't watched in a long time and randomly one Wednesday night decided to watch. Glad I did. I also agree about Jeremy wanting Joe to stick around as long as possible. I don't see the move to vote out wiggles as aggressive. I see it more as affirmation of the game changing and beginning to favor the women. Jeremy knows this and doesn't want to stir the pot too much and be forced to use one of his idols before he wants to. Maybe I just haven't been paying attention until now but, it seemed like Tasha was cozying up to Cierra more than before in an effort to gain favor with her.

I don't think it will either, but Jeremy is going to have to explain himself to Tasha. Kimmy is a non-factor, but Tasha turning on him could be trouble, though having 2 immunity idols is a game changer for him.

Every week Ciera stays just pisses me off more though. God I can't stand her.

I like her around just because she makes the game interesting. It'd be a pretty crap season if every week the alliances just got together and voted as one. She is annoying as hell though. I'm looking forward to Louisiana's own, Keith, making a move soon. He's been a total non factor to the point I think they've forgotten he was there
