Do season 2 first. It's better. Stand alone from season 1. Just my opinion

Didn't watch season 1 at all but season 2 has been great. There's no continuity, like American horror story, different characters each season

Yes there is. There are characters & situations discussed that exists in both series. Great show! Enjoy.

You don't need to watch season 1 at all to watch season 2. Season 1 takes place in the 90's/2000's and season 2 takes place in late 70's. Totally different characters and storylines.

True, but there are crossover characters/situations between the two seasons. To me, that shows some semblance of continuity. But I digress. GREAT SHOW!!!

Ya bottom line both are good. I'm arguing a stupid point I suppose haha. I just personally prefer S2. Watch both, you will enjoy both of them.

Season 1 first?! You fool!

Nah I kid. Both seasons are awesome but if you're a Fargo movie fan, season 1 is the better place to start.
