Star Wars Question

So I watched Empire Strikes Back over the weekend. I have not watched it since it was at the theater, I think around 83 when they re-released it in the lead up to Return Of the Jedi.
Anyway, I don't need a spoiler because I plan on watching Return Of the Jedi in the near future, but had a question. In the scene where Luke is leaving Dagobah, Obi Wan and Yoda are talking and Obi Wan says Luke is the only one in the galaxy capable of becoming a Jedi, but Yoda says there is another. Is it ever determined who that other is? I had forgotten about that quote(which seems like a HUGE one) and don't recall it being resolved in ROTJ. I have a guess who he's talking about, but can't remember it being mentioned in ROTJ.

On a completely unrelated note - I have copies of the original, unedited versions - the whole "Han shoots first" controversy. I watched the scene over the weekend.
Not only did Han shoot "first" - Greedo doesn't even get a shot off.
So, it is really "Han shot...Greedo? Not so much."
But, I guess that would have been too long for a t-shirt.

While accurate, it doesn't differentiate from the "improvements" (Lucas thought Solo was too cold-hearted) made.
Han shot. Greedo didn't.
That's why "Han shot first" - pops - while not 100% accurate, it is more descriptive of a rejection of the "improvement."

It's my understanding that they've restored the whole movie for the recent Blu-ray. Spielberg came to his senses unlike the fat one.
