I actually tend to agree with you on most points.

South Park now is nowhere near as good as it used to be, but it used to be the best comedy ever. This episode had potential doing exactly what they used to do, but they made it all broad and over the top. They used to make up a totally random scenario and use it to parody real life. Now they just use the real life scenario and make it even more stupid. It's not parody or satire anymore. It's just beating us over the head with a message.

I totally agree with the message, and there's still some clever mixed in, but it's not nearly as creative as it used to be.

3 stars.

After 19 years of shows you have to find material somewhere. You also need to mix it up and stop it from becoming too stale. They are still nailing it every week 19 years from the first SP episode IMO. It had to evolve.

The simpsons and family guy are good examples of shows that didn't evolve with time and chose to do the same shite every season. Those shows suck now.

I'm rewatching the episode and I think it's one of the better they have done in a long time.

South Park is never a show I have laughed out loud at or laughed uncontrollably at

The only episode I can ever recall actually laughing out loud and laughing hard was the Urinal Deuce episode, only because of how Mr. Mackey took it so seriously.

South Park isn't meant to be a show of laugh out loud humor.

That doesn't mean it still can't be funny. I still find it funny and enjoyable.

I still like the show and never complain about it. I think this season has been great, last season has been great. All of the seasons are great. Very rarely have I ever thought an episode wasn't good.

Yes it is. I've laughed out loud thousands of times. It's okay that you haven't, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have that effect on others.

I agree that this season has been more preachy than others, but that seems to stem from the fact tgat they are taking one point (SJWs) and streching it out over the course of the season.

The Reality character was funny but rather disappointing they killed him off so quickly.

Cartman has figured out how to use the current system to benefit his self and i would if PC Principal will figure out he is being used.

All in all not a bad episode but I kind of wish the season was almost over so we could move on to something else.

I disagree.

I don't care if they stick to PC attacks for the next 10 years. I am so sick of the current SJW crap and the insane level of power a small number of people have been able to grab.

I think the season has been damn strong.

My fiancee hates south park but I made her watch this one with me and she was laughing a good bit. I never got people who hate South Park, I'm just convinced they formed their opinions without really paying attention to the show, or just are the types who like to be edgy and not like good things.
