I know a very limited amount. It just doesn't make intuitive sense to me. Richard buying the asset from the original Pied Piper with his equity should be the same thing as cashing out Erlich's 10%. Richard probably just agreed to it because it wasn't worth fighting over with petty arse Erlich.
