What in the heck are Mockingbird and Mack up to? They obviously aren't part of Hydra based on their conversation.
ETA: And I love how they are introducing the Inhumans as weapons that everyone from the Kree to the Asgardians are extremely worried about.

I'm not well-versed in the comics, so the Inhumans didn't put the diviners on Earth, but the Kree?

Maybe it's like May said. Coulson finding Skye and taking her to the city was not by chance. And a group within SHIELD (or the Avengers) had Mack & Mockingbird there to spy on Coulson, and if it appeared that he didn't have things under control, then they were the backup plan to takeover. And now that they realize that Coulson wasn't really in control of the events surrounding Skye, they have to enact the backup plan.
