Black Mirror was spectacular.

There's only 6 episodes, so you can get through it quickly and then you'll be pissed there's inly 6 episodes.

I was reading what the show was about and found this
quote:

In 2013 Robert Downey, Jr. optioned the episode "The Entire History of You" (written by Jesse Armstrong) to potentially be made into a film by Warner Bros. and his own production company, Team Downey.[3]

True Detective

The Wire is my all time favorite show, but watch True Detective 1st since you only have one season to get caught up on

Dude, you're doing yourself a disservice.

I haven't heard one bad review from anyone I know who's seen it.

Thank me later.

Both of these shows are good for about three seasons then turn to suckage.

The Leftovers. One of the most bizarre shows I've ever watched.

Dude, Sherlock. The BBC version.

3 seasons so far, 3 episodes a season.

3 episodes you ask?

3 episodes. But they are 90-100 minutes a piece. It's like watching a bunch of movies.

ETA: bout to watch the last episode in Season 3

The common theme of your shows you watch is intense TV dramas.

obvious answer here is the sopranos.

SO MANY EPISODES. It will keep you occupied for a while. I've watched a lot of TV and IMO it is the best show I've seen.

Another show you may like based on your list is "the americans"... I only watched like the first 6 episodes and it was solid, I just lost interest since it wasn't on Netflix at the time. I may go back and watch it later.

A few others you might want to look in to are "the killing" and "Luther"

For a short one I'd recommend Firefly. It's only 14 episodes and easily the best "sci-fi" series out there. (no aliens in it at all) After you finish watch the movie Serenity which is a follow-up. It is on Netflix if you have that.

You will not regret it. Enjoy.
