The new group didn't have to join up and get weird since the outbreak. Could be some crazy arse cult that just stuck together.

Just watched. Pretty bad episode and i never say that. The new group seems boring and weird as hell. The only cool thing from that group was the pit walker. I mean wtf these people gonna do against negan? Walk in a goddam circle?

And for christ's sake morgan, man the f up! Sick of his bs no fighting beliefs.

So does Tara speak up about the all women tribe hidden on the coast? That is the logical place to get guns right?

And if she does spill the beans on Oceanside, how do they approach it?

Take the guns by force, steal the guns without being detected, or persuade those ladies to fight along side them and the other groups?

yes
they telegraphed it with the "tara, you've been out farther..." line. its decision time for her, and it seems doubtful they'd have dedicated an entire episode to oceanside if they weren't going to play a role

Wasn't the title of that episode "swear" or something similar? Tara swore to the girl that saved her not to reveal their existence to anyone. Now Tara will struggle with that ala Morgan the Grasshopper in training. Add those two with Carol with her Greta Garbo routine. I am hoping that these three crisis of conscious scenerious will play out into something big that can take out the Saviors.

I've always liked Morgan, but I do think he should join this current uprising against the Saviors.

However, remember the debate last year in the church when Morgan objected to the original plan to attack the Saviors?

If they had listened to him, things probably would have gone much smoother. Or at the very least you might have avoided some of the deaths.

I think they just sped up the inevitable. The Saviors would have come knocking eventually. But things undoubtedly could have went smoother, since Negan claims to only have killed Abraham and Glen in retaliation.

Yeah and if we had to suffer through that Tara-centric episode they better make it pay off in the end

Speaking of guns, and I'm backtracking...

When they went to the CDC, there was a shite ton of dead military personnel lying around, barricades etc. Not once did anyone coming or going stop to grab a gun off a soldier or anywhere else for than matter. Pistols, M-16's - .50 cal's, ammo...Nothing

It was strange to me.

Not a great episode.

I know they are building tension a little, but if Tara doesn't open her mouth about the giant cache of weapons she found in that female colony soon, I may punch my television.

It's weird to me that there are seemingly so many fairly large groups in this area and some of them have no idea about the others. Especially not knowing about Negan's gigantic crew.

Not only Negan's gigantic crew, he has all those other societies working for him and actively going out trying to find anything they can for him.
