Probably not much. I believe the question was asked when the group arrived and they were told there was a gun up there (which the group had spotted) but it was rarely manned. Rick immediately called for round the clock watches.

And this is how I know Someone is alive in GOT.
This would be the first time in the HBO serious I can remember where a main character, let alone one as big as Someone would die off screen.

Then kill her off of the show or build that into the story line. Eugene, Tara, and the fat nurse are starting a new family unit. Let's not just pretend she hasn't all of a sudden turned into a disgusting fatbody out of nowhere.
