Okay, so now that we know that Glenn is alive and we never saw him get on the radio, who do we think said "help" on the radio to Darryl?

Probably either the dude that jacked his crossbow & bike, or someone we haven't met yet.
I guess it could still be someone in Alexandria if the events of the Daryl/Abraham/Sasha episode happened along the same time as the events of this past episode. But I doubt this is the case.

i think its pretty clear it's someone at alexandria, considering they were about to get zombied up when the episode ended...

I think this is a tease. I think Glenn will go the way of Jin on LOST and die right after he finds out about the baby.

It sounded to me like Eugene was the one on the radio saying "help".
