apparently the original voice with the mask on was nearly impossible to understand. so they had to dub over everything. and that's how it came out. better than the original voice (because you could understand it) but still kinda rough.

it irritated me at times too

His Joker character would not have been satisfied by being relegated to a nonsense role. How can he create utter chaos that way? Would've been an insult to what Ledger did in TDK

I kind of agree, although we'll honestly never know.

The Scarecrow villain as judge is not too over the top and worked as you could hear somewhat of a reaction to people in the theater when they showed his face.

Few questions.

1. How did his leg get fixed in jail without the brace thing?
2. Punching someone in the back cures a break?
3. Why didn't they just keep climbing the wall instead of jumping from one platform to another?

Yeah its best to let joker rest in TDK. This one was way too serious for that role. Joker wasn't necessarily "funny" in TDK but he wouldn't have meshed well in this one.

His actions in the first movie were the epitome of anti-Gotham.
The criminals appointed him. They weren't exactly pro-Gotham by trying to nuke the city.

No idea.

It wasn't broken. The vertabrae was displaced. So the guy was pretty much "popping it back into place"

It didn't exactly look like there was anywhere to climb up from when you were on that ledge.

I felt there should have been at least one reference to the Joker being locked up, but that's about it.

I love what Nolan said about it. He wants to keep Heath's life and death in reality and not use it for a purpose in fiction so he chose not to address it which I agree with 100%

Ahhhh...

Makes sense I guess. Still hard to contain the giggles at times.

Boy refused to stay up and go with me. Think I should spoil it for him?

I think Nolan was able to really use the league and Bane easier without the Joker who thrives on chaos. Bane had a method to his madness

Most people go home and think of loopholes in movies that wouldn't usually occur in our world, but damn Christopher Nolan sealed in any possible cracks to that story and not only that but made your jaw drop while you expierenced every emotion possible

I completely agree and thought the same thing.. But if you think about it he may have gotten off to that.. He may have not had an issue with playing that role and sentencing people after being locked up for 8 years

#1: Dump Him.

#2: Dump him after you ruin everything for him

I'll do it

I was pretty damn entertained, even though action movies can sometimes bore me.

Just wish we had a storm trooper in our theater

Exactly. That's why the theme of this was Pain. Begins was fear, TDK chaos and now Pain.

This movie had a lot of drama, and I think it made it better than TDK.

TDK wanted to be so action-packed throughout, when it dragged just a little, it felt like it reeeeaallllyyyy dragged.
