Perhaps most noteworthy: New Spider-Man actor Tom Holland dropped in at the very end of the Sony CinemaCon presentation to announce that the first Spider-Man movie, hitting theaters July 2017, is officially titled Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Not crazy about the title, but doesn't Marvel have a hand in this one?

Homecoming is a play on Spider-Man coming home to Marvel

Didn't Holland also say the movie would have a John Hughes feel to it?

is it affecting your day to day life? if you don't care for them, don't watch them.
I can't stand procedural TV shows that are on every network, but I don't watch them so they can continue to churn them out and I'll continue to not watch them.

I wouldn't say tired of them, but there is just so much good material, constantly remaking those characters gets old. However, this is fine by me because Marvel is giving us Dr. Strange, GotG, Black Panther, etc.

How much say does Feige have in Sony's Spider-Man films?
I don't trust Sony alone to not frick it up again.

At least it's not starting from the beginning. We've seen Spider-Man's origin story about a billion times.

Maybe the radioactive spider will be in the punch bowl at homecoming.

I thought this was 100% a marvel movie?

I'm not a fan of the title or logo, but come on. We're talking about a Disney/Marvel Spider-Man movie. You know it'll be good.

I think Marvel has most of the creative control.....casting, writing, directing, etc but its still under Sony's umbrella.
