I feel like I could do this.
Sticks and mud and I could make a shelter. I wouldn't even think of food until day three. Water would be second concern after a shelter was started. Most of the failures are because they do not build adequate shelter.

With water you need to build a decent filter and cope with the fact that you will shite liquid for the duration of the experience. You need to boil the water as well.
Tools needed are a machete and a pot.
Need nothing else. (a fire starter would be nice if in an area without flint or dry wood).
I wish my SO was into primitive camping, I feel like I'll never be able to do it again.

I'm not quite sure how she qualified to be on this version when she proved on her 1st attempt that she's not a survival expert. A freaking magnifying glass as her survival tool in the Dunes!?!?!!?

No shite. She was a dumb arse on the first one. Was horrible to her partner and had to be rushed out. This time she is full blown ate up with the dumb arse. Just fricking crazy. Like a child. Throws shite in the water and has the nerve to tell Chris that's her blade after he dove in to get it. Those guys are a lot more patient than me

I used to be a huge N&A fan. Then I saw the camp site for the Bahamas episode and learned that the production crew gave the contestants restaurant cooked food and bottled water during the taping.
This despite they were less than 200 yards from a blue hole with plenty of fresh water. And just a bit further to a beach with plenty of marine life for food.

Honora gets my blood boiling. Why did they let her back on when she did so bad her first go around (only reason is just to add fake drama)? She is just a terrible person.

They do the same for Bear Grylls & some other shows. You've got to give them a little slack. They can't have people dying on these things.

I believe they were BSing you. The contestants would be telling everybody once they got off the show, or at least leaking it out (that they were given food etc.) I think I would have forearmed Honora in the water after chasing her to the river when she was throwing the machete in the water and then claimed she was trying to tackle me. I definately would have at least hidden everything from her.
