All LotR movies
I don't think I could disagree more with this selection.

I knew I'd draw a reaction.

GotG- just didn't really catch me. I thought it was funny, but just didn't generally like much about any of the characters outside of Pratt. Not sure why I didn't like it, it did everything I usually like, but was just bland to me.

Se7en and American Psycho - hate cop dramas and morbid violence like that in both movies.

Citizen Kane - just shite.

LotR - Hate the source material and most "high fantasy"

Seriously. You have a brain injury. Please seek immediate help. Probably need some psychiatric meds too.

Why do I need meds? Because I don't like gratuitous violence or zany characters?

Personally I respect that you have a fluid reasoning for your dislike.

Of those you listed, I think American Psycho is a gem. I haven't seen Citizen Cane in ages, so won't comment there. GoTG, Se7en, LOTR are all likeable imo, but I don't knight them.

My question to you is, since you don't like gratuitous violence or zany characters, you must really dislike Tarantino work?

If this is universally acclaimed, I choose this, I dislike these movies, it may just be Randy Newman however.

Oh and E.T. as well.

Yes, it is a fact.

Toy Story, The Wizard of Oz, Snow White, Casablanca

All four of which can be found on AFI's 100 Greatest Movies list. We aren't arguing GOAT status, we are arguing critical accolades. The Dark Knight Rises was one of the most critically acclaimed movies of 2012. It was also the second highest grossing film of 2012, making it popular with audiences.

The "The Thin Red Line. I absolutely hated this movie. The critics and most of the movie goers loved it.

I don't necessarily dislike his movies, but I also know that his style is generally not what I like.

Apathetic towards the kill bill series, didn't bother with the grind house stuff, loved Pulp Fiction dialogue, RDogs has great dialouge too but the violence is too much for me.
