WHY IN GOD'S NAME?

Of all the movies in history this might be the worst possible remake idea. WTF?!?!

And yeah, not an exciting list at all.

What is coming between now and May 2017? Anything worth a crap other than Suicide Squad and BFG?

I'm pretty jazzed about Rogue One.

Ready player 1. Will watch

They'll arse it up. It's way too long for a single movie. Would work great as an HBO miniseries.

I love the book, and I hope I'm wrong. Guess it'll depend on the director

I'm probably one of the few but I enjoyed Predators a lot. Underrated sci-fi/action movie. I hope it plays with that as well. But I'm guessing not.

I did too.

And can we go ahead and just pencil Dwayne Johnson in the lead role for this? If you're trying to recapture what worked about the original, The Rock is as close as you're going to get to 80s prime Arnold.

Predators was unfortunate to be after the AvP movies. Didn't help its cause.

I enjoyed it.

Only one that's gonna be worth seeing. Even with Harry Styles as the main guy.

Absolutely no idea what these are even about... but they sound like video game/comic book movies... so likely pass as well.

Dunkirk is the only one I see myself seeing in the theatre as of today

Outside of that is the rest of that list any different than the past 5 years?

Wow ready player one sounds really cool did anyone read the book?

RP1 is an amazing and fun book. I spent my life playing video games and many, many MMOs so it was aimed directly at me. I'm so jazzed about this movie.

Also ready for the Spider-Man movie. That kid did an amazing job in Civil War. Excited to sesee his solo pic.
