I would actually like to see Thomas Jane get another shot at Frank Castle / Punisher. If Fox has success w/ the new Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool film (Reynolds' second take on the character), maybe that will set a precedent for Disney/Marvel casting Jane in a Netflix Punisher series.

Punisher will be in Daredevil before he's gets his own series.

Nah, but where I wouldn't have much issue taking any 12 and under kid to any marvel movie.

I'm enjoying the show so far for the most part.
People getting hit 400 times and acting like nothing happened is a pet peeve of mine along with people with near death injuries just shaking them off. That has happened too many times so far. Heck, he didn't even rub some dirt on it.
The end fight of episode 2 was pretty terrible. To get over the fact that Daredevil doesn't use weapons, everyone else seems to forget they have guns for the most part.
Had to come here because the news guy telling the reporter that his story isn't sexy, then telling him to write about the subway was pure shite. Had to vent.
I think some of you are a little too enamored with the violence to come out and point out clear flaws.
Having said that, I do like it for a TV super hero show. Just not sure my final verdict will be the same unless DD gets much better at dropping his foes fast.

I don't think anyone said it was flawless. It's just that our level of enjoyment for the show is not dependent on it's flaws here or there. It's like you said at the end of your review:

I'm pretty sure my final verdict will be thumbs down is the whole season is full of this nonsense.
The hung jury was crap. The prosecution had no evidence. None. Nobody saw the fight. Nobody was willing to testify. No motive. By the way, in a murder trial, you don't get to decide if you are willing to testify or not.

I can find flaws in any tv or movie.
This show is entertaining as hell and well worth the binge I am on and that's all I care about.

Just finished the 2nd episode and that scene was bad arse. All I have to say is thank you NetFlix!
