Brotherhood of the Wolf - Period piece horror movie with Merchant Ivory level costume design, Native American fight choreography and Monica Bellucci in her prime.

I'll second prestige, although most people who have seen it love it, I just don't think a lot of people have seen it.
I want to say hoop dreams, although I don't think anyone underrates it, a lot of people probably haven't seen it.
Unbreakable is very underrated imo.
