In fairness, most people thought it was DTL. And some on here still do even though they said his DNA was excluded by the tests.

This shite right here. When he was going through the list of things like life insurance, benefactors, etc... I was like this is shite you should already have from your initial investigation

Pretty sure it's not going to be the same case and area. I think each season will be different cities, cases, states.

The fact that his DNA was excluded on the pieces they tested does not prove Derrick Lee is innocent. I have 99.9% certainty it was Lee

The news said they haven't decided yet. They might continue on with this case.

I'm with ya Ryno. It's Lee. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to throw on my wife beater and have a drink.

It's always amazing to think how people become detectives. You are choosing only from the pool of dumb beat cops already on the force and get the ones who can maybe pass a little standardized test.

They are just showing how they have really worked the case

So they really nailed up a wanted poster and then did surveillance on it for 24 hours?

It's almost like Rodie either did next to nothing when working the case 18 years ago, or he is lying and wasn't the lead detective.

Either way, Rodie is pretty much a douche

The entire show was nothing but a bunch of dumbasses sitting around fabricating bullshite scenarios over every little fact they could find that was even remotely related to that case. Scary to think this passes as law enforcement in Louisiana, and embarrassing as well.

When the killer sees Aubrey's crossfit workout, he'll turn himself in.

I like rodies personality. He is how I imagine Peej to be in real life. I agree with you...he was incompetent or he is embellishing his role as lead investigator 20 ys.ago

Aubrey has lost his touch - he doesn't make people nervous anymore. The guy didn't even blink at his parting shot of "I have ya DNA, just so you know..."

Aubrey hasn't made me nervous since the episode with him pitching batting practice. He throws like a girl.
