Its common knowledge that NSA operatives and Delta Force Commandos are some of the most highly trained people on Earth. To deny this shows your ignorance.

Yep - SEAL's are well-trained, no doubt, but unless this guy is talking specifically about DEVGRU, then no, they are not any better-trained than the other special ops guys, and it's probably a fair argument to say that SF are better-trained or, at least, highly trained in a very different manner.
That doesn't even mention the OGA's that no one knows about.
Also, the NSA? WTF? They intercept signals and hack shite; they're not getting their hands dirty. The CIA's SAD are the super-secret squirrels. That guy knows jack.
