"Jack Reacher: Never Go Back" sucked

If you didn't notice they have have a different director this time around and he is terrible. The script is terrible. The actors are terrible.

What got me was of all the great books, they picked this one to make a movie. I wanted to see Hook Hobie on screen or see him taking down a family of weird child traffickers or being a deep cover DEA agent. So many good stoies. Never Go Back just wouldn't have been my choice.
I still love the books. I read the first 16 between July and Thursday to catch up with the movie.
I give the movie a C it wasn't great it wasn't horrible.
Just not the best Reacher story what sucks is, if it bombs it would be the last Reacher movie.
Though I thought a less good looking 6'5" 240# actor should be Reacher, like in the books. He is a big scary dude.

Reviews were mostly bad. Disappointing to see. I really liked the first one.

The bad guys sucked. That's why I didn't like this book. Oh a bad Colonel is in charge... nope we off him quick.
Oh now its a lone contractor listening to some sleazy dude. Sleazy dude turns out to be a General. Dispatched in one scene.
Finale.. Reacher out to save kid that cant be his. Also how did the kid get his name if the mom didn't even know him? A huge plot hole there.
Unlike the first Reacher, he was never really in trouble. Yeah Cobie Smulders was in danger for five minutes, but it was too obvious that Reacher would beat the crap out of the other guy and win. There was no real friction. It almost seemed to resolve everything too quickly.

Went last night.... 
Dialogue was bad....girl I thought was hot from "How I Met Your Mother" wasn't really all that.....young girl character not likable at all. I liked the first one...

I saw it today, give it a B. Good action. Only problems I had was his daughter was no good and he and the villain beat the crap out of each other and no marks on their faces. For sone reason I notice stuff like that.
Otherwise an entertaining movie. For you movie snobs, not Oscar worthy. Sorry

The first Jack Reacher was great but this one was just good. Tried to make him Jason Bourne in to many scenes.
