Is anybody else off put by the appearance of the dinosaur in "The Good Dinosaur"

It looks cheaply done to me. Like those bullshite animation movies youve never heard of that pop up in like Jane Lynchs IMDb page.


It doesnt even look like the rest of the movie. For reference

he other dinosaurs in the trailer look a little cartoony as well.

This is for kids, They want a cute toy they can sell for decades as well.

If it looks like every other dinosaur it won't stand out.

Nope. It's a kids movie, they often exaggerate features and create unique looks.

Can't say I'm that excited about this one. I'll go see it, but it does roughly have the same premise as Super Mario Bros.

My 3 year old son is obsessed with the trailers for this...

He will literally watch them over and over again....

It will be huge IMO

as is my 2.5 year old daughter

kids will love this

when was the last big animated dinosaur movie for kids? Land Before Time?

Technically 99% of dinosaur movies are animated.

I'm increasingly less put-off by the appearance. The voices are giving me some hope. The settings are stunning. I do wish the dinosaurs were less cartoony though
