He's going to succeed, if for no other reason than the people he knows. I think he is a ton better now than he was when he first started.

This "ew" skit is really cringe worthy.
Definitely an after the 2nd musical performance SNL sketch. Still better than his cutesy singing and dancing though.

Hopefully he will destroy Letterman in the ratings.
As much as they promoted it, he's getting shite ratings then what NBC thought

his current audience will carry him, nobody wants leno type shite anymore
That worked out well for Conan.
The Tonight Show is such a tough beast to tame. It requires a certain type of humor and that was a swing and a miss.

Why is Fallon forced upon us? The only funny thing he's ever said was:
"Our fried chicken is bigger than Jesus."
"Our fried chicken is bigger than Jesus."

He gets on my nerves, but the dude has talent. I think he'll succeed. I think he's off to a good start.
For me, I'd rather watch Carson reruns... but I'm nostalgic like that and prefer times gone by. They seemed classier, cooler and the world was a simpler place.

Because Leno's blue haired audience will die en masse in the next 5-8 years.

They should have waited 5-8 years then.
Those 5-8 years are going to be a dark time at 11:30 ET for NBC.

I like Fallon. Good dude and most of the time he is pretty funny.

I hate jimmy fallon
I hate how he always has to get involved with his guests's bits.
He had the "what does the fox say" guys there and he had to get in a fox suit and sing with them. frick you jimmy, let the Nordes have their own moment of glory.
Conan>Kimmel> retard monkey> Fallon

I saw a study that found that people who though Jimmy Fallon was a good guy had larger than average heads.

"Eww" skit was fricking turrible.

So Jimmy flys these clowns and their entourage in, let's them use his studio, let's them use his band and you don't think Jimmy should be in the performance?
frick you.

Oh really? So all the talk about the highest ratings for the tonight show in over a decade is shite ratings? Or the fact that his audience has been double the audience of kimmel and letterman means he is doing shite?
Stop hating, if you don't like him, watch a diffrent late night. I however, find him a lot better than Leno. His chemistry with his announcer is probably better than Conan and Andy. Not to mention he has the roots as his house band, not fricking Paul or some somewhat popular jazz artist.

quote:He's getting great ratings now because of the media blitz and newness of the show. We'll see how it plays out, but Letterman is not going to last forever, so that will leave a void, and Seth Myers might move in for the kill. He comes off as more humble anyway. Fallon seems more full of himself.
