Arliss was one of my favorites.

I haven't had a chance to watch it yet, but Carnivale looks pretty good from the trailers. It has a pretty large fan following also.

We're hoping all the fireworks go off next season that you want, you know like the government corrruption, dirty cops, gang fights from the whatcha call them the MS some shite(messicans) that briefly took over the Gottti's boyz turf all mixed in with music and then it will explode!

I thought he was funny in Hollywood Knights. I also liked most of Arlis. It fell apart towards the end of the run.
I would agree that anything Wuhl has done since then has been horrible.
I guess my vote would go to John in Cincinnati but I would have liked another season just to see where the hell Milch was going with that nonsense.
