Three Amigos:

Mexican Chick: "We can take walk, and you can kiss me on the veranda."

Dusty: "Lips will be fine."

Team America... a bunch of different lines.

The one guy that was like "if you double cross us, I'll rip off your balls and shove them up your arse so the next time you crap, you'll crap all over your balls!"

Not so much one particular line, but the lynch mob bag scene in Django Unchained had me laughing harder than any other time I can remember in the theatre.

This. I was with my dad and brother. In the two rows behind us was this huge party of like 15 or 20 black people who had come in together and who we had been making conversation with before the movie. The combination of how hysterical the scene was plus how goddamn hard they were laughing behind me had me in one of this no-noise-making, tears pouring down my face bits of laughter. Easily the hardest I have laughed in a theater in a long time, maybe ever.

I don't know why cause there are way funnier lines in Talladega Nights, but towards the end when Ferrel and Amy Adams are at the restaurant and he says, "Are we about to get it on, cause I'm as hard as a diamond in an ice storm." I lost my shite

There were several in that movie too. Fat guy in a little coat, the deer, them singing The Carpenters, etc. Great movie.

Office Space:

Tom Smykowski tries to kill himself in the garage, his wife catches him, he decides he has a reason to live, backs out of the garage and gets mowed over by the dually.

I lost. my. shite. in the movie theater. Fell out of the seat, tears streaming down my face.
