I do agree with you about Shireen. I have held this hunch for weeks now. Like you said, the greyscale looks alot like Dragonskin. I wouldnt be surprised if she has knowledge of the dragons from being confined to do nothing but read books in the basement. Also, Melisandre has mentioned her upcoming importance. Her ability to see through the Melisandre's torture (my take on it at least) means shes pretty wise for her age and wont be a puppet.
