I have that movie on VHS. It's moderately amusing and the girl on the cover is super hot but it ain't anywhere near as good as Dazed and Confused.
Also, that awful arse actor who was the sidekick in Boondock Saints 2 and he is a real drag here too.

I love that documentary. I use to watch it at the IMAX at the Space and Rocket Center as a kid. We use to go to Huntsville every year.
Also, check out Destiny In Space. Narrated by Leonard Nimoy.

Fear and Loathing in Las Veags
All have been listed and fit the bill of criteria of stoner movies whatever that may be. Fear and Loathing is by far the most intense and you should be aware of that before watching. I know I wasn't prepared the first time I watched it and I had to come down a little before finishing the movie.
Movies to watch stoned is kinda a different question but I'll suggest:
Pulp Fiction
Inception
Scream
The Matrix
V for Vendeta
Any animated movie Disney or Pixar movie has ever made
Hands down though the best thing to watch is Summer Heights High
Technically a TV show and not a movie but I had to mention it
eta- frick yes I just discovered the episodes are uploaded to youtube.
