GREAT movie, period.

People should stop complaining about the fricking trailer and just watch it.

Just got back from seeing it. Really enjoyed it.

Anyone get the feeling it's left open for a sequel?

And to whoever asked, there's a couple instances where you might recognize it's New Orleans, but you'd really have to know the buildings to pick up on it.

I recognized the large building in the background when the older Joe was tracking down the 2nd kid. It's by the Dome/Arena, on the opposite side of the Claiborne Overpass that brings you to the Crescent City Connection.

nice.

I can't' for the life of me place that club. I know I've seen that building, albeit without the red awning.

Recognize this from the movie, when he found the 2nd kid at the apartment complex?

Read where it has nekkidness in the movie, so I won't be able to take my kid to see it.

Guess I'll have to wait to watch it on video.

I didn't necessarily get that feeling but I certaintly would love to see more of Cid's story. I did hear that the director is not interested in making a sequel though.

How were your crowds? The theater I went to was not even half full last night. And I have one big issue with the movie, but I'll save it for a spoilers thread, if we make one.

Awesome flick. Probably the best thing I have seen this year.

I thought the premise was interesting, but then the trailers didn't look that great. Once the reviews came in I knew I wanted to check it out. It exceeded my expectations.

Solid acting (best job was by the kid), great production and a fantastic story. Did a really good job of giving all of the characters motivation.

If you like action movies, thrillers, and/or sci-fi and mind bending movies you should go check it out.

Remember the chick from Coyote Ugly, Piper Perabo? Yeah, you get to see her tid-bits... Nothing all that special.

Ha. I may actually do this. One of the best moviegoing experiences I've ever had was watching Inception with my son at the theater and both of us being blown away by it. Looper sounds like it could be a similar experience. Is that pretty accurate?

You have a kid that is not old enough to see some tits but is old enough to understand and be blown away by Inception?
