finally saw John Wick

I really enjoyed it. There are some plot problems, the guys who made this movie obviously do a lot of cocaine, and the town it's set in has the most incompetent police force in the history of movies.
But it's really fun. The various choreography is excellent, part Jackie Chan, part Jason Bourne, and with a lot more rounds fired.
The dialog and back story were minimalist enough to move the plot along while not being too revealing of the realism problems, and the characters, though a bit formulaic, were interesting and made me care about and hate them, accordingly.

ETA: Best line: "Noise complaint?"

It was good for what it was. I don't know if I'd recommend it though.

I don't watch straight up action flicks much and I loved it.
The fight choreography was awesome and I loved the fact that Wick made sure people wouldn't get back up.

I thought it was awesome. It is a really solid action movie.
The fact that the whole thing started because someone killed Wick's dog is fantastic.

I watched it last night on HBO for the first time. I thought it was pretty good and as stated above, don't kill a mans dog!

Thought it was great. Good sneaky dialogue throughout and the action scenes were top notch.

I thought Wick was better. But, as I admitted, it has some problems.

Equalizer was just a typical action movie. Nothing at all interesting about it. Wick at least had style.
