The entire premise that it could spread this fast and wind up at Rick levels in 3 weeks is ridiculous.

If you have to die to turn, it wouldn't spread this fast in my eyes.

I get that a shitload of people die everyday, but the military would be able to kill off a shite load of them pretty quickly.

Maybe I'm wrong but does anyone else feel this way? If it were the case of being airborne and people turn that way, I'd think its plausible, but with people having to die, seems like it would take much longer.

WTF was up with the maze of lattice work in the neighbor's yard?

Love how the neighbor was just casually wheeling his garbage can out to the curb.

It’s become clear that one of the challenges of Fear is that, because we as viewers know more than the characters about the nature of the zombie apocalypse, this frequently puts us in the position of watching and saying impatiently, “Come on, come on, don’t you know you should be slamming that knife into that moving corpse’s brain?”

I don't think this is the case. We get that zombies do not exist in popular culture in this universe, but are we supposed to believe that infectious diseases also do not exist? With the characters not knowing what is happening and thinking these people are sick, it still makes absolutely no sense that they are seemingly not even worried about being close to these infected people and getting sick themselves.

The military already seems to have figured it out and popping heads over people's shoulders with no hesitation, though. The military is also able to teleport and show up out of nowhere, so that is nice.

I just rewatched the preview for next week and it looks like the daughter of the Savalzar's gets into some love interest with one of the military guys. That will be cool as he will probably give some insight to what the military/government is thinking.

I find it hard for me to get into this show. I think it's the fact that I cannot put myself into the characters mindset with as much as I know about the entire situation due to TWD. I have a hard time with the naivety of the whole situation.

Hispanic barber needs to hook up with fat pimple-faced high school kid from the first episode. They would make a good team.

I'm thinking it through...

However it's spread, we know everyone gets it pretty quick but it only manifests when you die or are bitten. We also don't know how broad the initial release was which is limiting. But assuming a broad release and/or very contagious, it'd be spread pretty quickly considering air travel, large crowds and how long it stays dormant.

I guess

Same. The cheesiness is also way too much for me.

More than anything, I am just not that interested in the premise of Fear. I would be a lot more interested if in their world, they knew what zombies were and didn't dance around it like they are doing. It's annoying for the viewer to go through this again. I'm sure some enjoy it, I am just not.

I feel like TWD has finally gotten past all of this crap which is one of the main reasons it reeled me back in.
