I'm gonna throw out 5 off the top of my head for discussion. But I'm old.
Eye of the Tiger--Rocky III
Eastbound and Down--Smokey and the Bandit
(Don't You) Forget About Me--The Breakfast Club
I'm Alright--Caddyshack
Live and Let Die--Live and Let Die

I was thinking popular music and not film scores. But since you went there, you could go with the original Rocky theme and half of the John Williams and Henry Mancini catalog.

I don't know how I missed this movie but I watched Danny Boyle's "Sunshine" (2007) last night. Loved the score from it (John Murphy). Great flick BTW.

"Extreme Ways" (Moby) the Bourne movies.
Of course "Eye of the Tiger" and "Danger Zone" are in my top 5.
"Lose Yourself" 8-Mile soundtrack.
Not sure if it's a "theme" song, but another Moby song "New Dawn Fades" from Heat. It played when Pacino was in the helicopter on his way to meet De Niro for the 1st time at the coffee shop. It also made an appearance at the end of The Equalizer last year and it gave me the same feeling of krunkness.
The score that plays at the opening of Terminator 2 goes pretty hard too.

Not my favorite piece of music to listen to on a regular basis, but the theme from John Carpenter's 1983 masterpiece "The Thing" perfectly fit the style and tone of the movie.
