Everything Wrong With Pacific Rim. This movie doesnt make sense anymore.

It must be terrible then. I haven't seen it but my thought was that it is a movie about giant robots blowing shite up and killing stuff with Charlie Day in the cast. What is not to like?

I won't say it isn't at all enjoyable, which is the ultimate goal of watching a movie (for me). But at the same time, I spent a lot of time questioning a lot of the points brought up in that link because a lot of shite just straight up either didn't make a lick of sense or was downright stupid. Even trying to just "shut off your brain and sit back and watch it" didn't really work for me.

I enjoyed it. Good action flick.

Or the wave motion gun at the end of every episode of starblazers.

Or transformers where optimus pulls out the Energon sword and never uses it again

Just watched the movie. How did that crap get over a 70 on rotten tomatoes?

Very entertaining movie. I'm glad I saw it on the big screen in the theaters. It had plenty of action which is why you would go to see a movie with giant robots and monsters.
