Agreed, Maeker hated him with a passion but I get the sense that Brynden was bit too calculating to let petty disagreements get in the way of his destiny. I think that is why Egg's sent him with Aemon.

I've also read theories that have Littlefinger as an agent of the Iron Bank. Any thoughts on this?

I fricking despise everything Mereen, from the retarded sounding names to the piece of shite system of nobility. The whole think reeked of Martin not knowing what to do with Dany so he just took a shite on some blank pages and called it the Mereenese knot.

He did it to look good at his job and win favor. He manipulates everything whether its money, whores, or Kings. Like him or not he's a HUGE player. I think he's gonna be in the middle of everything else that happens, but in the end will die a horrible death. I love the guy who plays him, he's perfect

Oh, this is most certainly the case. He knew he wanted Tyrion, Vic, and crew to get to Dany before she headed west but he was completely clueless what to do with her in the meantime and how to make it work, and it showed. Mereen is a big pile of shitastic writing outside of the Selmy chapters.
He used the whole "let's make a character act completely different so I can try and make the story do what I want" tactic with Dany in that book, and it was terrible.

They are hanging out in Mereen still, they both took over a couple of the pyramid things in Mereen as their lair. It gets mentioned briefly at the end in a Selmy chapter when he is dealing with Quentyn's buddies and is about to start the battle.

Yup. He may be my favorite character across any entertainment medium. He's so great. He has accomplished more than any player in the game with no sword, no armies, no power - just brains.

Doesn't Tyrion hear flapping of wings when they are going down the river in the fog? Seem to allude that each of the 3 dragons are going to find each of the remaining Targs to me.
