while she has the perfect look for it, she's a terrible actor, so no. You know they had to give her a great chance, and she probably had the upper hand on everyone, yet they still passed on her, which tells you how terrible of an actor she likely is.

I'm sure they could have found a somewhat relative unknown, or small time actor that had the body and look, and enough acting skill to make it work.
Cavill wasn't a well known actor before.

Adrianne Palicki, who was on Agents of Shield, and supposed to be Wonder Woman for the tv show that never happened. She's a bit too pale for my liking.


Famke Janseen definitely fits the bill, but she is rather old, same as Lucy Lawless. Those two would have been perfect 15 years ago.



Sienna Miller is hot as hell, but i think she's a bit too short for it, and skinny, but she looked great in GI Joe.

Also from GI Joe, Rachel Nichols, although she's a bit too pale skin for it, but definitely has the body.


Great bodies and good enough actors but to me, too white and don't have that exotic look, are Daddario, Eva Green and Alexis Knapp. They look great with dark hair, but their skin is just too pale and white to me.

It's not an easy person to cast, and i didn't hate Gadot. I like her, and liked her as an actor as Wonder Woman. i just wish she looked more like Wonder Woman and less like a stick figure. I think they picked a good one out of their choices for relatively known actresses. To get the better body type they probably would have had to cast a relative unknown actress.

It's not that they have to look like body builders, just carry a healthy weight. Lady Sif doens't look like a body builder. She still gives off the appearance as someone who is strong in the Thor movies. She's still a woman and i know you aren't going to find some buff looking woman, but at least have some meat on your bones.

ANd she wore this hot number to the premier of Thor



I guess what i'm asking for isn't really attainable with a decent actress. I'll concede.
