Over the top crazy honors go to Cruella DeVille of Disney's 101 Dalmatians and Heath Leger's Joker. Fiennes' Voldemorte and Perkins' Norman Bates' mother get Hon. Mention.

Most Sinister Villain award goes to Hannibal Lecter.

Most Hated/Hateful Bad Guy belongs to King Jeoffrey, Amon Goeth.
