Thor: Dark World is the lowest Marvel Studios film at 65%.

Incred. Hulk is at 67%

Ant-Man is a cut-and-shut muddle, haunted by a ghost, produced by a high-end hot dog factory, by turns giddying and stupefying. Watching it is like channel-surfing between "Hot Fuzz", a duff early 90s Michael Douglas drama and the very schlockiest bits of "Interstellar".

So much anger in that. The UK is mad.

To me this movie seems like a film that if you already enjoy the MCU and everything they're trying to do, you're going to love. But those that are getting a little tired of superhero movies will probably find it more of the same.

Most likely.

Well in the AOU "Ratings" thread. He posted an update every single percentage point that Age of Ultron dropped.

"Down to 73% with an average score of 6.9/10."
"71%"
"70%"
"69%"

Well, Age of Ultron bottomed out at 67 and started going back up he stopped. I just have to give him a hard time about it.

I work four 12-hour shifts a week. I might have been working or sleeping at the time. Either way...I was purposely trolling. And I posted my thoughts on the movie in that same thread I believe. It wasn't a good movie.

Just giving you a hard time.

It was just funny given our sometimes stubborn discussions and that moment, that's all.

ve been looking forward to this film since it was announced. Didn't like that they substituted a new character for Hank Pym, but Rudd's casting is good news and may salvage the character. (Pym is a little bit of an a-hole). Can't wait to see it.

Well, to be fair, I'm pretty sure Scott Lang was Ant Man in the comics for quite awhile. Hank Pym usually uses one of his other identities after his early years.

Oh, and for the OP - looks like Tomatometer is at 67 now.

If this movie doesn't do better than F4, critically and commercially, I'll eat my hat.

He was. This isn't some character they made up.

I'm excited about this film. I love Paul Rudd and think he'll perform well in this role. I generally ignore RT scores because they can be skewed by people with an agenda.

Because of Marvel I stay for the credits now. I notice more people stay after movies, even non Marvel. ie the new Terminator had an after credit scene.

Back down to 65. Looks like it's going to hover in the mid-60's. I think that it'll do as they expected, no big surprises like with Guardians last year.

72% now.

I always wondered if studios sometime arrange the screenings so critics they think will be more favorable see them earlier. But this one seems to be going up with time.

so pumped for this movie. The after credit scenes are going to be exciting seeing as how pumped they are and no one is saying what they actually are. Nice to be surprised

They were out on the web last week. Two scenes, I'm not spoiling them here. But they're out there.

Still not like age of ultron. The whole movie was blasted all over Facebook. Think that is why it got a lot of its hate. Half the movie was available befor it came out

that shite has been driving me crazy with movies lately

I'm sick to death of knowing pretty much everything that will happen before I even show up to see the movie. Studios need to stop putting out 5 minute scenes and major action sequences in full before the flick is even out.
