There is a new Netflix series that is good. Samurai plus mechs.

Hey bro, did you see my earlier email, and are they ever gonna let you out of the prison that is residency?

Yea, I just have been busy.

And to your 2nd question, no.

I do have a day off soon.

I haven't slept in 3 days myself(opiate withdrawals are fun!), meant to say questions instead of email. As in where I posted your Scruffy signal on the last page, have no idea why I said email.

Your answer still basically works for the first question though.

That show has bookoodles of hype right now, I have this weird thing where if a show gets a ton of love on /r/anime it makes me not want to watch it.

Yeah I'm kind of the same way. I was kind of avoiding it for a while but finally gave in about a month ago and marathoned it over a weekend.

Just be ready for an emotional roller coster .

Oh, frick that. I don't need my animes with emotional rollercoasters, dagnabbit. I can't take lows that are too low anymore, not since I had my son. It's why I love Is It Wrong to Pick up Girls in a Dungeon, for example. Though if they ever run a second season the manga/Ln has gradually gotten darker.

Just tell me this, is the ending fitting no matter where it falls on the emotional spectrum, or has it not ended yet?

Hasn't ended yet. And it's one of the few shows I've watched where I have no clue as to how it's gonna end. I believe it's running for 24 episodes, 15 just aired.

I thought it was getting around 24 for some reason.

I just watched roughly the first 5 minutes, it kinda reminded me of Konosuba, but with some really sketchy flashcuts to some darker, later scenes.

Good call on your part though, first glance it checks all of the boxes for shows I normally enjoy.

Thanks for the rec on this on. Fun show, really enjoying it. About to head to Kodi to find episode 14.

I'm not normally a mech guy, but this show is decently animated, and the characters actually talk to each other on occasion instead of being silent for an excuse to further the plot.

Kuromukuro is how I think it's spelled for anyone else interested.

I've been watching Ghost in the Shell Arise on the Funimatrion streaming service (trial account).

I watched the original movie first and was completely lost. This new series feels good for newbies, but the technobabble and "hacking" eludes me.

I know I'm late to the party but I was looking for something to watch and decided to start watching Food Wars today. It's incredibly fricked up but I love every second of it .

PSA for all the MAGI fans. Netflix just dropped Sinbad, a prequel to the MAGI series following Sinbad as a child and teenager. I finished the while thing in one night and morning, was a lot of fun. Good action and good comedy.

There are crude translations of the new berserk manga episode out. It's an even bigger holy shite episode than last month's. Lots of answers, lots of new questions

One Punch Man is funny and really good. I don't like the English voices though.

Has anyone tried Mob Psycho 100 yet? It's from the same guy who created One Punch Man, and is supposed to be similar type of show. As in, an OP protagonist who steamroller everything in his path.
