I think it be a nice change of pace for 24 to not have a mole. If I think about it mole story filled in the filler episodes of previous seasons. Hopefully with the new format they can bypass all that crap and deliver good action and a decent story. Nothing can top Nina being the mole in season 1 and Logan in season 5.

I don't think he is shady, just concerned about what jacks presence will do to Audrey. If the president goes down so does he and his wife for that matter. Shady? No. An inevitable thorn in Jacks side? You betcha.
At this point I don't want to see jack and Audrey together. I rather see him reunited with his family (offscreen/implied) rather than a love interest. If he was going to end up with a girl it would have been Renee in season 8.
