I could see this possibly working. Durant wouldn't have to be THE guy, which would free him up to let the game come to him and pick his spots. LeBron could run the offense. Gasol can bang. That's a pretty solid core to work around.

My top 5 NBA players at their positions are:

Chris Paul
Kobe Bryant
LeBron James
Kevin Love
Dwight Howard

If I can only have 3, Ill take CP3 for excellent game management, court vision, defense, and scoring, Lebron because he is a physical freak and the best single player in the NBA right now, and Kevin Love because he is a good offensive player who is smart, and eats rebounds like crazy. There aren't many other top notch power forwards. You can find a decent center somewhere and pick up a decent shooting guard like a Danny Green or Klay Thompson who can be your spot up shooter.
