i mean the schools roughly pay the same and there is less pressure to win at WSU

im not saying WSU is a great job or anything but its a comparable one.

neither are top 25 positions in 2017

Leech has no pressure to win, seemingly no needy boosters like Nebraska, no Ohio State, Wisconsin competition, etc.

Nebraska hasn't been shite since the steroids.

Bill Callahan was NOT an Air Raid guy. Just because a coach likes to sling it does not mean he is Air Raid.

Leach is Air Raid. Hal Mumme was Air Raid.

Not Callahan.

I don't see why people think Frost to Nubs is a lock.

He can get better job, if he continues to win at UCF, also, easier to find talent at UCF, w/o leaving the state. At Nebraska, he will have to travel and continue to recruit nationally to compete.

Hell, he could end up being a candidate for Florida, if they fire their HC, at end of year or 2.

If i was Frost, i'd stay where i'm at, win and get that tier 1 gig.

Because WSU has the coach who's actually in demands o they have to. Pelini made more than both of them.

There's pressure to win at Wazzu. It's not unrealistic, but it's there.

Not like Nebraska where 9-3 gets you fired if the boosters don't like you.

I don't think he's dealing with that after Craig James gay son.

I don't see how that fanbase would take to him. Especially after running off Pelini

not even close to Braska pressure man

Pelini never won less than 9 games = fired.

Agreed but if you're just looking for a "safe" environment, Riley could have stayed at Oregon State. Though for the record, I don't think Leach is going to Nebraska.

Yes. I wasn't comparing the two. Just saying Wazzu isn't happy to be 4-8 every year.

Idiot fans would run him out after two years. Probably with a 20-6 record.

But Craig James wasn't about pressure or boosters, it was one spoiled and famous dad. That could happen almost anywhere.

im also not sure why Nebraska even hired him in the first place as his coaching record has never been impressive

I think any sort of drama like that is more likely at places like Nebraska. Boosters and fans pushed put pelini because they didn't like him.

Not specifically the James incident, but thst might turn him off from places that might have drama.
