Story has been all over the local media all afternoon. Except, of course for the Chronicle, which still has no mention of it on their website. Pretty sure AF is in the last year of his contract. This may color the decision on re-signing since he already has serious injury questions (back). Tate will be gone for sure.
Oh, and I bet those investors who bought into his future earnings are re-thinking too.

Well, I have to give him props for picking a girl who looks like she could be a Vivid contract girl.
Also, none of the texts or quotes sounded anywhere near the level of meriting a restraining order. Foster obviously doesn't want to pay 300-400K in child support for the next 18 years so I understood his reasoning. He should have just written a 100k check for the abortion, and she probably would have done it.
