Coercing a woman to undergo an abortion is a felony in all 50 states.

She readily agreed to it. She wasn't coerced illegally.

Which is why I said "if true." The post I quoted wasn't clear.

The issue then would be the cap hit if they decide to cut him.

On Houston radio this morning they said his cap situation is like this:

2014 on team: 8.5 million
2014 off team: 7.5 million

2015 on team: 9.5 million
2015 off team: 5 million

So he'll be on the team next year regardless, depending on his production next year, if they cut him, it'll be in 2015.

Appropriately so. Media always trying to break and don't understand whose lives they're messing with. those kids and his wife don't deserve to have reporters outside their house harassing them

I can't hate. It's got to be tough watching a lot of your hard earned money get taken from you because you are a dumbass. Almost like a double burn

Article says the reporter was just going to get a comment from him.

But anyway their dad/husband is an NFL superstar so that public life is something his kids/wife/girlfriend is gonna have to deal with

You know I find it interesting how Foster is painted as scum on this thread, but J.J. Reddick was painted as awesome for talking his slam piece into getting an abortion.

Both are scum and, if true, should be prosecuted.

You're a fricking herping derping idiot if you believe that. A consensual contract is now prosecution-worthy? Redick didnt have a gun to her head.

Serious question:

If a star player on your favorite was having lady problems, and got a girl pregnant, would you support an abortion so the player didn't have any distractions for a potential championship season?

No. I'd encourage a drunk to quit drinking, an adulterer to leave his mistress, but i draw the line at encouraging abortion.
He's an adult and a professional. Handle your business and ball out on the field.

It would be none of my business and I'd treat it as such.

I'm not saying you would have to pat the back of the athlete who did it, but how would you feel afterwards if you read about it in Deadspin? Would it weigh heavily on your conscience or could you sleep at night as a loyal Saints fan if say, someone like Drew Brees paid a women to abort their love child?

So, it's okay to kill a baby so long as you are a good athlete?
