They should just stop the coach of the year award. It has nothing to do with how good the coach is, it’s about which team overachieved the most. All of them get fired.

Look idk if Monty would have ever gotten Phoenix over the hump but his roster and assets were gutted this season. He can’t just magically keep everyone healthy and turn scrubs into dependable playoff pieces.
