He tries too hard to be the next Steve Spurrier. He thinks his little quips are way funnier than they are.His problem is he likes to talk shite after a game where Spurrier told you he was gonna hang 50 on your arse then went out and did it.

Because the SEC homers can't accept the fact that the former Vandy coach is about to lead a team to the National Championship. It forces teams such as LSU and Tennessee to accept that a coach from a program that they always mocked as inferior is about to accomplish all the goals and championships that they can only dream of.

gah.. I wonder what Franklin's end game will look like then.

He's got nothing on Tuberville.
While hosting recruits at Texas Tech, he stepped out to "use the restroom" at a Lubbock steakhouse only to never return.
The next morning it was announced that he was taking the Cincinnati job.
