Houston and UCF, easily.

Both have the highest ceilings when it comes to football, which is what matters.

And no, the Big 12 does not own the Houston market any longer. And adding Memphis and Cincinnati isn't going to make Tennessee and Ohio give any less of a respective a frick about the SEC and Big 10.

Ok, if academics are such a big deal, then why are athletes admitted to P5 schools when they can't read? Dexter Manley graduated from Okie Lite and when he got to the Redskins they found out he couldn't read. Jerrell Powe went to Ole Miss, but was in Special Ed at Wayne County because he couldn't read. No way in hell do those guys get into college if they aren't football players. Academics my arse. Major college athletics is all about $$$$$$$$$. It was even like this in the 50's and 60's. That's why Tulane left the SEC. They didn't want to demphasize academics. Most of the academia people at universities hate athletics. If a school can bring in athletic $$$$$$$ other schools will associate regardless of academics. And Boise will never get into the Big XII because they bring zilch to the athletic table

I just want to do my shameless screw Tulane plug. I can't imagine why anyone would pay the money to go to that school. It's rated by Forbes as one of the worst values in education. They barely have an engineering school, no computer science. They are the definition of good ole boy stuck in the past. Their graduates make less than LSU, and their med school hospital is ranked one of the worst in the country.

That school is an East coast reject school.
