I know they had some controversy about how much of the revenue for it actually goes to cancer charities and stuff. I still think it's a cool thing and definitely brings awareness which is the whole point really, you just don't see as much of it now

When is the WNBA going to raise prostate cancer awareness? What color should it be?

Because the Susan G Komen foundation is mired in controversy lately. Form suing other charities over using pink or "for the cure", or only 20% of the money they raise going to actual research, or the CEO and founder bringing in nearly $700K a year in salary, etc.

They should really do something for prostate cancer awareness.

My only issue is that if you aren't already aware, you will never be aware.

I'm all for cancer research but a nice pink ribbon patch is plenty.

Hallelujah!

Men's sports should be raising prostate cancer screening awareness more than breast cancer awareness.

Men are the majority demographic of the nfl.

Give awareness to breast cancer, but focus on prostate cancer.

Prostate cancer kills more people anyway.

Were you that kid in school who asked a dumb question just when we were about to end class early?

This is a good thing, stop asking questions.

There was no pink in the Saints game today, but all the other games I've seen pink.

Women won't buy blue merchandise just to buy it. Men won't buy merchandise that isn't the typical team colors. So, the NFL has no incentive to promote something that won't make them money.

Can't they do the National Breast Cancer Foundation instead?

Louisiana has the fourth highest prostate cancer rate in the country.

When you can't get a hard on and then die, let me know how much better breasts are.

Well...don't forget that after tomorrow you are no longer allowed to care about breast cancer. If you do, you will be fined.

But in all truthfulness, I can guarantee you that after the league's stance on deAngelo Williams and Cam Heyward, a lot of players are saying "frick this shite."

Nothing to me says rivalry game (or any NFL game) like a bunch of pink shite on everybody's uniform.

If you aren't aware of breast cancer right now, then you are an idiot.

The hypocrisy and blindness of the people who go ape shite about breast cancer awareness is stunning.

Wrong...annually breast cancer has roughly ten thousand more deaths than prostate cancer. LINK

I disagree.

I'm only aware of breast cancer if the players have pink on both hands/wrists, both ankles, and on their helmet.

I saw a player earlier with pink on only one wrist, both ankles, and helmet and I wasn't aware.
