Why is GS so hated?

In terms of being a " super team". Steph, Klay and Draymond were all drafted. They already won a championship together before KD. If anything they should serve as an example to other teams.

Because as long as this team as constructed is together, the NBA season is completely worthless save for injury. That simple.
ETA: downvote all you want I still have my pels ST and will go to almost all the games cause I think AD is a stand up dude and I love watching basketball live. Doesn't mean I think anyone has a chance of beating GSW.
You think adding CP3 to the Spurs makes them a contender? They are built on ball movement, not ball stopping. It's even noted Kawhi is the only one allowed to play Iso ball. It looks great on paper.

I don't think Golden State is hated that much. They are certainly less hated than the LeBron-Wade-Bosh Heat and the Lakers when they were winning championships with Kobe.

Matt Barnes was on the team for a while too. Didn't help.
They also wouldn't have KD if Steph knew how to treat his ankle earlier in his career. Just a lot of luck, even more so than most successful teams.

Not true. Not a fan of player over team myself, but Durant being gutless paints them the easiest of villains. Feels conspiratorial and cheats the overall fans of all 30 teams.
Prior to that, the 1 thing I DID respect was GS was mostly an organic powerhouse, now not so much

I don't hate them. I love their brand of basketball

I think KD is a bitch.. but I don't think GS is hated as a team by anyone other than LeBron fans for the most part..

Not even close to a Lebron fan. Outside of the dirty play on Kawhi (let's be honest he's not lasting that whole series anyways), there is no one in their stratosphere right now.
The best player in the world with a pretty damn good supporting cast is getting skull drug. And before you bring up 3-1, Durant was not there for 3-1.

I mainly hate them because I'm jealous. They're just so good. I also get pretty triggered by Draymond and Steph. I like Klay and KD though.

Having a two-time MVP and all-time great long range shooter spend most of his early years injured so you still get good draft positions and get him on a dirt cheap second deal? That seems extremely replicable.

Greatness is hated on in sports. It's the in thing to do. Name a successful team/player that doesn't have a detractor. Add in that this Warriors team was incredibly lucky to land their core and equally fortunate to have the cap work out where they could sign a future HoF in his prime to add to the winningest team in NBA history and it's not really hard to see why a lot of people (San Antonio, Houston, Cleveland, OKC, etc fans) don't like them and can't wait for their cap reality to finally hit the fan.
