Why do southern schools' student bodies not riot after games?

I know someone is going to post some photos of a UGA fan lighting a trash can on fire or remind me that Bama fans poison trees; but when big games are won by schools in the southeast the rioting is minimal or non existent.

They're also more forgiving of bad behavior over here.
Down South, people act crazy, and it's okay.
Up there, people start running around and acting crazy, they call the cops. Confrontational behavior ensues.
