15-4 head to head.

You would honestly take KD over LBJ?

I didn't know they played one on one

And yes I will almost always take the better player.

Hope he can get that team to the playoffs this year..

But you'll be seeing the better player play much deeper in the playoffs.

More importantly, LOL at everyone that was counting out Cleveland.

12 straight and are clicking. They will come out of the East.

Not everyone can play in the weak arse east. The Western Conference is the Grown Man Conference

If KD can ever get out of the West and meet up with Lebron in the Finals, he'll show him!!!

Oh wait...

You have to beat the Western Conference to get a ring. He'll make it 3 this year.

(maybe not, but I am really intrigued to see who will come out of the west this year. The playoffs are going to be brutal.)

Except for the fact that KD outplayed LeBron head to head in that Finals, which goes back to my point that team records between the two don't really matter that much when we are talking about them as players.

Why the hell do all the "experts" and HOF players call LBJ the best player of the planet?

Because he is.

I do. Either way, you had a false pretense in your question. Sorry you can't accept that Durant is better than LeBron, but it really doesn't matter because neither is a MVP candidate this year nor are either playing the best ball this year.

In that finals-

Lebron- 28.6 PPG, 47.2% FG, 10.2 RPG, 7.4 APG,

Durant- 30.6 PPG, 54.8% FG, 6 RPG, 2.2 APG.

Durant did a slightly better job scoring, and he is a better scorer no doubt. Lebron was a much better rebounder and passer. And if you wanna factor in defense it's almost no contest.

But you seem to be the kind of guy that's so blinded by either homerism or Lebron hate, that you'll cling to that opinion regardless.

Slightly better scoring? He shot 7.6% better than him from the field. Durant's EFG was 61.1% to LeBron's 48.6%.LeBron shot like arse from 3 point range that whole series. Durant shot 40%. As for defense, LeBron got worked when he guarded Durant. Battier was the only one who could slow Durant down and even then Durant worked him.

If you want to know why The Heat won and the Thunder lost, then take out LeBron and Durant's numbers and what's left will tell the story.

But any way you slice it, Durant outplayed LeBron head to head as individuals in that series.

KD shot better, Lebron rather easily was better all around.

Also, are you factoring in defense...you know, the defense in the Finals where KD had to routinely guard Chalmers because he was such a liability and couldn't guard Lebron?
