Also, are you factoring in defense...you know, the defense in the Finals where KD had to routinely guard Chalmers because he was such a liability and couldn't guard Lebron?

I don't know what Finals you watched, but Durant was on LeBron the majority of his floor time. I saw some stats breaking it down, but really if you watched the series at all you know that's bullshite.

If it's so easy to say that LeBron is better than why can't anyone produce any proof of it? I provide ample evidence clearly showing that Durant is the better player, yet no one has produced anything showing that LeBron is the better player now. If he is so clear cut the better player then it should be easy to produce at least one stat or something to back up that outdated opinion with.

They are similar players this year, Durant has the lead.

Over the course of their careers, it's clear that LeBron is the better player.

The most mindboggling thing about the advanced stats is that Chris Paul is a top 6 player all-time, but he's got nothing to show for it and is a gigantic pussy.

See, that's what happens when your better teams run into the Alamo City Ballers

Thread is a bit long, so most opinions have been heard. But as far as the MVP goes, is Lebron overlooked? And I mean as far as what he brings to improve a basketball team?

I get the stats of other guys. A few are balling out!

Lebron is very, very slowly building a basketball team. Either their new coach is doing work, or Lebron is the...THE most important basketball player to his team of all time. Yeah that's funny but good lord, the man molds his teammates.

The LOL of the night:

Even after a 12-0 run the Cavs would only be good for 8th in the West.

We better get all of these guys back before the playoffs. Boom included. Although if the Thunder keep sucking, we might not need okietiger for the playoffs.

We talking bout records? Streaks? Talent? Potential?

Laugh. Laugh with the rest of the people here and around the country. Cleveland is working to getting better. Take RTR out on a date. Y'all gonna need each other come playoff time.

You're either trolling or were dropped on your head as a child. Durant is an unreal scorer but he's not the same overall player.

You're right. He's at a higher level than LeBron.
